Purchased 2 Groupons and have not been able to use them due to the staff canceling. She has canceled 5 times either for personal reasons (the day of or before) or over booking. I was being more than understanding because life happens but this ridiculous, and then today I get a text that again she needs to cancel the day before. I’m over it! Poor customer service…. Now I’m stuck with Groupons that I don’t want to use.
