Well, took my wife for a couple massage here. The music volume was way low, and the conversation between the masseurs was way too high, really took away from the "relaxation" part of the experience. The one massaging me left the room for like 5 minutes at one point, and was texting throughout the massage. Her volume was not silent so we could hear the annoying *tick* of her iPhone as she formed her messages. She only massaged one of my feet. Ali has been giving me massages for many years. She is the best masseuse in the Rochester area.
Depending of the person doing the treatment is the quality of service you get. No consistency among all staff
