"Experience" is the optimum word, it wasn't just a massage. It was also all the little details from a warm bed, hot oils ending with a cup of water which is essential. Liz is very professional, worked on my main concerns and understood the severity of my spinal issues. I had a doctor's appointment immediately after my treatment and my blood pressure was so low it took them three times to get it....98 \56.
