The spa environment is what you pay for. The disaffected staff at the front desk seemed bored and a tad annoyed when I asked them to repeat directions. At one point, I honestly thought they forgot about me in the Quiet Room. My masseuse was kind, but did not apply the pressure I’d hoped or requested. The add on scalp massage was nice but not worth it; it felt like veeeeerrrrry gentle pressure applied for about five minutes. Not exactly deserving of the $30 price tag. Had a wonderful relaxing prenatal massage with Mary Elizabeth. The spa is absolutely beautiful. Staff was kind and welcoming definately recommend.
I asked my Facebook friends for pedicure recommendations, and one of them mentioned Relax. It wasn’t a new name to me—I’ve been there before—but it had been a while. It's a beautiful spa, no doubt about it. Disappointed in the seaweed body wrap I got. For the price point I'd think my whole body would be covered in seaweed gel but, they dont hit stomach or chest. The foot scrub/ massage I assumed would be more than a couple rubs up and down my foot and the head massage more than a vague pressure on my head. The rich buttercream was applied but there was no more a massage than when my mother would rub me down with baby oil as a child. If it was just one or two little things id say nothing ... read more
