Relaxed and refreshed. I am already planning a return visit, and I haven't left yet.
The spa was beautiful and service was great, though the quiet area was a bit cramped and I had to adjust several times as people walked by. I wish there was tea out for self service and I was not offered tea until I was leaving. It felt a little awkward being asked if I’d like a robe and what size in the hallway. It would be nice if they were available in the locker rooms.
I’ve been to this place three times and have always had a good experience with Danida. During my second visit, I asked the lady at the front desk if it was possible to get my eyebrows done. I understand it was a last-minute request, but there was no need for her to be rude. Also, I recommended a friend for a massage and wanted to pay for her service in advance, but was told they don’t accept advance payments.
