I had a wonderfully relaxing experience with a shoulder and neck massage! TJ, the reflexologist, did an outstanding job, perfectly tailoring the pressure to my request for deep, firm relief. He expertly worked out the tension and kinks, leaving me feeling incredibly refreshed and much better overall.
