Bought a chair from them over 10 years ago that had a lifetime warranty. The chair started squeaking in the past year and the gas lift was no longer working. They ordered the parts for me and repaired the chair and the thing is working as good as new. Really great service and they back up their products /onor their warranties. While you pay a premium, they definitely back it up. Sean was particularly helpful.
