“Try It First—Experience It In-Store” - their website. We drove from downtown Phoenix I’d to the Mesa store to find out not only do they not have the Sacroiliac Support Belt that I wanted to try.. according to the store employee.. they’ve never had that in store and my only option is to buy from the website. Thanks for wasting my time and gas money! Will not be purchasing anything from this merchant.
From the moment I walked through the doors, Rick made me feel at home. He answered any and all of my questions and allowed me to test out every massage chair. There was absolutely no pressure to Purchase.
Dan and I had done a fair bit of research and decided that Relax The Back's Human Touch Zero Gravity Recliners were what we wanted. We reached out to the Mesa store and spoke first with Rick, who advised that the recliners we wanted to try were in stock (we live about 100 miles outside of Mesa). I walked in , thinking I was just going to buy a pillow, and I walked out buying a flexible frame and a pillow! Rick was wonderful; professional and Very knowledgeable. It took me a couple of weeks to make a decision And he was very patient guiding me through Every question to meetmy needs. Would definitely recommend Rick at the Dana Park Relax A Back Store!
