From the moment I walked through the doors, Rick made me feel at home. He answered any and all of my questions and allowed me to test out every massage chair. There was absolutely no pressure to Purchase.
Dan and I had done a fair bit of research and decided that Relax The Back's Human Touch Zero Gravity Recliners were what we wanted. We reached out to the Mesa store and spoke first with Rick, who advised that the recliners we wanted to try were in stock (we live about 100 miles outside of Mesa). I walked in , thinking I was just going to buy a pillow, and I walked out buying a flexible frame and a pillow! Rick was wonderful; professional and Very knowledgeable.
