Had a great time shopping at Relax the Back and am incredibly happy with my purchase. I was very up front with the team about needing a lot of time making sure the chair I purchased for my work as a psychotherapist would help my herniated disc and sciatica. The staff was friendly, understanding, and respectful of my process. We bought a Super Novo2 and a Hale chair. We've had them for ~2 weeks and are VERY glad we decided to get the Super Novo massage chair.
