I went to the store yesterday because my Lifeform chair needed maintenance. I was sold the chair 6 years ago with the understanding that there was a lifetime guarantee on repairs. Amazingly IT'S TRUE. I talked with Daniel Saltsman and he agreed to come to my home and repair my chair with a replacement part he had in stock. This morning I am sitting in a fully functional WONDERFUL office chair. No charge. No resistance. Customer service like it's from yesteryear! I am one grateful, happy customer.
