I was impressed with the super friendly service but it did not stop there, routine follow up. Also pricing was very good
Visited the location at Vestavia Hills. Bob was great to work with very informative and great interpersonal skills. He shared information on other products that wasn’t pushy, great asset for the Relax The Back family.
Amazing customer service Amazing chairs!!
I cannot recommend this Relax the Back location enough. My husband just purchased his second Lifeform office chair as the first chair seat had started to give out after 6 years of heavy use. Bob is so personable and easy to work with. He even came in earlier then normal store hours for us to pickup the new chair as it worked with my husband's work schedule. He was also so kind to our children who came with us to pick up the new chair as well. Its so hard to find that level of customer service these days.
