I bought the most comfortable office chair at Relax the Back in Vestavia! Bob was so helpful and patient with me and helped me be sure I was getting just the right one. Once it arrived, he assembled it for me and loaded it into my car. I had the best day at work today, sitting in my new chair!

We had a fantastic experience at Relax the Back! Bob, the owner and salesman, was extremely personable and just a genuinely great guy to talk to. You could immediately tell that he knows his products inside and out. There was absolutely no sales pressure at any point—just helpful, honest guidance. Bob did an excellent job demonstrating each of the zero gravity recliners for us. Walked into the store to look at a new desk chair. Was immediately greeted by Bob. He asked me what I was looking for and we chatted about what I needed in a chair. I was referred by my sister who bought a chair 5 years ago and Bob remembered her. I was lucky enough to purchase and take home a chair that was in the store. Excellent service! Highly recommend.
