This review is based on the exceptional customer service provided by Craig Hammond at the Plano location of Relax the Back. I ordered a Travel Lite seat cushion over the phone to be delivered to my daughter who lives in Chicago. Craig took all the information he needed, but it was what he did after he got the information that was so impressive. The cushion was a birthday present for my daughter. Very good experience. Craig was extremely helpful every step of the way. We got a great massage chair and the delivery crew was professional and helpful in the setup process.
