I bought the most beautiful, comfortable massage chair from Relax the Back. The salesman and the manager, Dustin, were both extremely helpful without being pushy. A month or two later, I had a problem that had nothing to do with the quality of the chair, but rather with a mistake I had made. I spoke to Dustin who spoke with the owner. After much research on task chairs for my husband‘s home office, I selected the perfect chair with all of the elements I was looking for: contemporary design, well structured headrest, lumbar support, comfortable cushioned seat & armrests, & breathable mesh construction.
