Tracey and Leonel were very helpful with the purchase of a replacement for my 16 year old Relax the Back chair. The new chair is certainly an improvement over the previous one. I really like the feature that raises the legs separately. The finish and mechanical operation are excellent. The delivery and removal of the old chair by Mike was done expertly and without damage.
Tracey and Leon were both wonderful to work with, Tracey during the sale, and Leon afterward when I had questions about moving our chairs. We are enjoying our chairs and experiencing benefits from the zero-gravity and massage features. Sean and Cory did a great job delivering and setting up the chairs, and were personable and efficient.
I have visited the store twice. The first time to try out massage chairs. A week later, I returned to purchase one. I dealt with Leon and he has been great to work with. If you have a problem with a product, Leon will deal with the manufacturer on your behalf and get it handled. Anybody can sell you a high end device, but someone who takes care of me after the sale is what impresses me, and Leon impressed me. I will be back the next time I am in the market for things like chairs with great back support.
