Love my new desk chair! Thanks to the expert advice from Mr. Leon, I found my new office chair. This was a great process. Mr. Leon is very accommodating, patient and wise. It's clear how much he understands ergonomics and is happy to share his expertise. Watching him navigate customers solo while many people walked in was a testament to his professionalism and experience. Everyone was acknowledged and their expectations managed. Customer service was top tier! I highly recommend!
Went in search of a new chair due to back pain in my current one. Leon greeted me immediately and helped figure out which chair would be a good fit. Explained a bunch of stuff I didn't know. Ended up purchasing an ergohuman chair. Leon put one together out of the box and even put it in my car for me. Great service. Highly recommend.

Relax the Back in North Hills was lovely! We met with Leon and he was so knowledgeable and patient and personable! He was very attentive to my elderly mother, gentle, firm, and comprehensive. He was also very responsive via email. I am very glad we went to his store.
