I bought the perfect chair. The salesperson Vinny was extremely knowledgeable and professional- the experience could not have gone smoother. If you are in the market for these high end chairs I strongly recommend relax the back. As an aside I’ve had low back surgery and getting comfortable in a chair can be difficult- this chair was a game changer. Truly more comfortable and therapeutic.

Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have had some minor issues with my purchase after taking delivery and they have been most helpful in seeing to it that those issues are resolved satisfactorily.
