This is our second Perfect Chair, model PC-610-100. We can’t speak highly enough of the product and the service Darren McKenzie provided. I have had two lower back surgeries, and this chair is so helpful for the residual, daily pain. Check out this product.

It’s nice to be able to try out a variety of chair styles. The level of service depended on who was working that day. We lucked into one rep who helped us determine how a chair should fit, which narrowed it down to two options. When we came back the next day, we had another rep who talked nonstop without saying anything. We left and came back when the helpful rep was working to finalize our purchase.
