It’s nice to be able to try out a variety of chair styles. The level of service depended on who was working that day. We lucked into one rep who helped us determine how a chair should fit, which narrowed it down to two options. When we came back the next day, we had another rep who talked nonstop without saying anything. We left and came back when the helpful rep was working to finalize our purchase. Darren in Tucson is wonderful!! He's very knowledgeable, patient, and doesn't look for the upsell, even though he gets paid commission. Keep in mind, he only works weekends at the Oracle location. He's at the Broadway location during the weekdays.

Excellent salesperson, two excellent mattresses. Delivery on time as promised by a couple competent and friendly staff. Casper, Consumer reports top rated pick, was less than half the price of the previous high end Black Beauty (name like that from a major department store).
