I wanted to thank Jerry for his exceptional presentation when I visited Relax the back store last Wednesday . His very knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to my needs so I end up buying pillow for my dad and he really likes it. His professionalism and genuine enthusiasm made my experience very positive, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for bed, pillows and massage chairs.

Recently I stopped by the Relax the Back store in Katy. I have been wanting to buy a new office chair for my back for about a year. Charles made it a very positive experience, showing me all of the options. He was very knowledgeable. Ultimately I went with the top of the line model which was on sale and I saved almost $900! Yesterday I visited the Relax the Back store on grandpark way in katy. My salesman Jerry Iannotti, was very energetic and knowledgeable of the cozie chair i was interested in he was patient and explain all the features this chair does . It was so exciting seeing how the functions work together for a unforgettable experience. imagine a chair that can predict your every ache and pain .
