I ordered a very expensive home office chair that I didn't quite like, due to my extremely painful spine. KEVIN was great about taking care of the ordering and delivery, and then was fabulous at taking care of the return. KEVIN EVEN CAME TO MY HOME AND PICKED UP THE CHAIR HIMSELF! Haven't had service like this in many years.
