Relax The Back: Jeff Eales took great care of my wife and me. I’m having trouble with my back, and Jeff was showing us options that could help. Was very patient with us and took all of the time that we asked of him. Very knowledgeable - been there over 10 years.

The best customer service I think I’ve EVER experience from a retail / product store. This was the greatest experience. Michael in the hill country galleria helped get us the best deal and was just wonderfully helping us with our purchase. Brian helped secure the final purchase since we decided to come back the next day to make the actual purchase. Both salesmen were absolutely great.
