They're very nice. The furniture is high end, but I was just shopping for a seat cushion for relief from sciatica. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of their return policy on "personal care" items. The did offer me a store credit, but not much else was in my price range. I ended up keeping the cushion, I'll do my best to make it work.
Beware false promises from this place. My wife and I live in Cincinnati and visited this location because we happened to be in town and had plans to return again in a month. We decided to purchase chairs only because Ken promised us many times that he would have the chairs ready by our return visit and that he would “pull some strings” if needed. Great people and good quality products. I have reutrned sevreal times and had good experiences every time.
My experience with Bloomfield Hills, MI was excellent. I have purchased two of the zero gravity chairs for my brothers. Mainly because my friend purchased one and it was so comfortable. HOWEVER............ my friend who referred me is having difficulty with Bellevue, WA- her chair is having issues with the lumbar support and they are not honoring the warranty. So sad. I pray I don't have her experience. Her score is not good for her experience. My experience with Bloomfield was excellent!
Relax the Back was professional, did exactly what they promised, and followed up to see if I was having any problems. I highly recommend them.
