Excellent. I don’t live anywhere near a relax the back retailer, so I was dependent on the phone retailer/internet experience. The location in Kennesaw was fantastic at taking photos and sending me examples via email so I could decide on the style and color of the chair I wanted. The white glove delivery service was on point, and I would recommend this company and this retailer to anyone interested in a zero gravity or relax the back chair. Thanks Relax the Back for offering the type of Recliner that I needed for my Wellness Center. I came into the store to demo a massage chair that I called about the previous day. To my surprise, I didn't like the chair, but the zero gravity chairs were perfect and I landed on the Hart chair. Melanie was amazing. Melanie is fantastic! I came into the store with the exact product in mind that I thought I needed (a backrest I had used for over 15yrs), but as it turned out, it didn't work well at all in my new-to-me SUV. Melanie helped me find the exact seat and lumbar support combo to make my seats more comfortable. Now, I look forward to long (pain-free) drives.
