After 15 years of flawless service a power surge turned my zero gravity perfect chair into a brick. All I could think of was how much it was going to cost for repair, although I have gotten many years of service from that chair I shouldn't complain. The young lady on the phone walked me through resetting the electronic "brain" turning my chair back to zero gravity. I can't say enough about the way I was treated.
