I've been dealing with lower back pain ever since I had my first child, and I spend 8+ hours a day at my desk. I would spend most nights with a heat pad or ice pack on my back, and would fall asleep in pain. PT helped a little, but not much. Aaron truly changed my home office setup. I came in desperately needing a new chair and I had such a wonderful experience trying things out and asking questions (and even sitting in a massage chair while I waited for other customers to be serviced). I'm so appreciative of the care and knowledge and would recommend Relax the Back to anyone looking for an upgrade in chair, bed, car seat, etc.
Perhaps the best retail store in all of California, let alone Pasadena. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, very interactive and more than willing to make sure that the right chairs for you/our specific bodies and what we do in those chairs, was taken into consideration. Plus, the salespeople are SO AWESOME! I seriously would not buy a work chair ANYWHERE else! This was my fourth purchase and the variety to choose from; you won't find anywhere else - not even close!
I bought the Cozzia Quantum from Aaron in the Relax The Back store in Pasadena last November. It has been about 5 months now. I want to write a review how good the chair and Aaron have been. After trying many brands and models, including Osaki, Ogawa and Osim high-end chairs, I finally decided on Cozzia Quantum as it is the most advanced chair in my opinion.
