Mohamed was very helpful and knowledgeable about each chair. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a quality chair with quality service.
Visiting this store and trying out the chair I wanted to buy was invaluable. I would have bought the wrong chair specifications had I simply bought the chair online. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they quickly replaced my chair's piston when I realized the wrong one was installed. I highly recommend trying out a chair before buying one, and visiting this store if you're in the area.

I called the store in Greenwich where I bought my Perfect Chair six years ago. I wanted to replace the head pillow with what turned out to be a discontinued color and I also wanted to find out how somebody could help move this chair to a different address (take it apart and put it back together at the new place). Mohamed was extremely helpful and got me the necessary references I needed. Very pleased with the experience.
