I've had many massages around the Charleston area, due to an SI Joint problem. I thought I would try "Relax Spa and Massage" for the first time, because I had an appointment downtown, and it was close by. This was easily the best massage I've had. I asked for medium pressure and that's exactly what I got. The whole massage was great, but it was like she knew where I was hurting, with pin point accuracy and attention to my back, hip and thigh. As an ex professional athlete, I know the importance of maintaining muscle structure through massage. Relax therapists are so well qualified to perform at the professional athletic level. I return consistently to this clean and professional environment. I highly recommend this place for the best massage therapy.
Wouldn't go again. Lack of clear communication.
All of the therapists are consistently professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. They work on the areas that need addressing with the right amount of pressure and time. I often have shoulder and lower back issues. I always leave feeling relaxed and pain free. I highly recommend them if you are experiencing chronic pain and discomfort.
