First time at BAR, had a sports massage with Doug pre race prep and was a combo of massage, physio and yoga all in one! He was considerate and safe amount of pressure / stretch. Recommend for sure :)
I have been coming to Bayport athletic recovery for a few years now. The wide range of services offered has truly helped me to improve and maintain my health. The saunas, cold plunges, and treatment rooms are always clean. I use the saunas and red light regularly and have noticed a significant improvement in my skin, mood, and mental health. The massages are also five stars. Isar and the team are always very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend coming here!
Great spot. Isar is the best and the rest of the staff are top notch. Cold plunge and sauna will change your life. Could not recommend this place enough
Checked this place out a few weeks ago with my girlfriend after my personal trainer Justen and Mike from HQ recommended it—glad they did. We did the hour session and rotated between the cold plunge and sauna. It was perfect for my sore quads and hamstrings, and overall just a really good recovery experience. The setup was clean and easy to use, and everything felt well put together. Definitely planning to come back and try some of their other services like a massage.
I LOVE Bayport Athletic Recovery. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s honestly one of my favorite places. I use the sauna, red light therapy, massage, and compression boots, and everything is always top-notch. The space is super clean, easy to book online, and the staff is amazing—so kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything you need.
