I had the MOST therapeutic massage today by Doug! I’ve had many massages but Doug had a way of focusing intently on my areas of concern. I am physically active and sometimes experience muscle soreness, tightness, and spasm. this massage has given me actual relief- which is the reason I say it was beneficial on a therapeutic level. Simultaneously it quieted my mind and relaxed my entire being. I will definitely make this body-work with Doug part of my routine.
Bayport Athletic Recovery is hands down the best place for recovery and wellness! Isar, Chris, Caitlin, and the entire staff are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always go above and beyond to ensure an amazing experience.
