Isar is a pro and will guide you from cold plunge to sauna to massage.
Excellent service and better staff from top to bottom. Today I had a great pain relief sauna session thanks to the help and support of Paul. My go-to place for all recovery needs. I just went back today for sauna/ cold plunge treatment and was supported with superb customer service by Kato who never fails to exceed my expextations of excellence! Very thankful to have such a great place in my community.
I've known Isar professionally for a couple of years now, and what he has created at Bayport Athletic Recovery is second to none. First time at BAR, had a sports massage with Doug pre race prep and was a combo of massage, physio and yoga all in one! He was considerate and safe amount of pressure / stretch. Recommend for sure :)
I have been coming to Bayport athletic recovery for a few years now. The wide range of services offered has truly helped me to improve and maintain my health. The saunas, cold plunges, and treatment rooms are always clean. I use the saunas and red light regularly and have noticed a significant improvement in my skin, mood, and mental health. The massages are also five stars. Isar and the team are always very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend coming here!
