This place is amazing for recovery or overall health and has great deals for membership services and prices for individual services are very reasonable too. Did the ice bath / infrared sauna yesterday and the benefits my body received when I was finished was amazing. I had the best sleep that night I've had in a very long time and I woke up feeling amazing both mentally and physically which I never do when I wake up. I had the MOST therapeutic massage today by Doug! I’ve had many massages but Doug had a way of focusing intently on my areas of concern. I am physically active and sometimes experience muscle soreness, tightness, and spasm. this massage has given me actual relief- which is the reason I say it was beneficial on a therapeutic level. Simultaneously it quieted my mind and relaxed my entire being. I will definitely make this body-work with Doug part of my routine.
