Kristina has helped me go from barely able to move due to stress knots in my shoulder blade areas to fully functional. She has helped me after the very first session and with the second session my knots are now visibly smaller and actually on the verge of release. No words can truly explain the pain I was in, and, more importantly, the happiness I now feel.
