I would give zero stars if I could. I went around 11 AM on a Tuesday for a foot massage. Perhaps because I was the only one there they thought that the quality of my massage didn’t matter? I sat in the foot massage area, and as I was given a massage, one of the therapists was sitting on a chair near me playing on her phone. I had been going here for about once or twice a month for the past four or five years with no problems. Two weeks ago was my worst experience! They have a card that they stamp every visit as you work your way up to a free 30 minute foot massage. On my last visit, they stamped my card but then still told me I needed to pay full price for my massage instead of giving me 30 minutes free. Went for a couples massage. Had made an appointment a week prior and specifically requested 2 female therapists. They sent in a male until I told them I had requested a female. I enjoyed my massage for the first 30 minutes but my therapist opened the door and left it partially open during the massage. I eventually had to ask her to close it. Prior to the appointment, I was told it would be $140 for the couples massage. When we went to pay, they charged us $160. I asked why and she said it was "stress relief" on menu. I didn'... read more
I had a very enjoyable and relaxing time. Very friendly masseuse and very clean room. I was thoroughly refreshed. I highly recommend!
