I had been going here for about once or twice a month for the past four or five years with no problems. Two weeks ago was my worst experience! They have a card that they stamp every visit as you work your way up to a free 30 minute foot massage. On my last visit, they stamped my card but then still told me I needed to pay full price for my massage instead of giving me 30 minutes free. Been a customer for 3 years with no problems; however, this past week I have been sick. Received my massage and detox on Monday and the next day was sick. The individual who patronage me was sick. The individual was constantly clearing their throat and sneezing while given my massage. Whatever they had it was passed on to me. Will never come back because if your employees are sick, make them stay at home.
Massage is ok. I prefer Amy but she wasnt there so I went with another chick. I have a problem with their attitude when it comes to tipping. Tipping is a choice..not required. So dont hover over me or try to make me feel bad for tipping. If you want $130 for a 90 min massage then charge that! Do not expect a tip!
