Had a very bad experience with the receptionist. A very rude lady, who I guess is the coordinator, treated me with total disrespect and yelled at me for no reason. You dont expect such service from a massage center receptionist! Customers should be able to go there to relax and enjoy. However, I was worried and anxious about her aggressive behavior.
I usually enjoy my massage at the relax spa in Almonte. However there was no availability so I decided to try this location. Never in my life! It was a horrid experience. The receptionist or lady with frames at the front desk was so rude and the massage was not it at all. I don't think I'll ever go there again. Customer service was poor
I had a fantastic massage from John. He was very professional and attentive throughout the session. He did an amazing job targeting the areas that needed the most care, and I left feeling so much better. I couldn’t recommend him more highly! Looking forward to my next session.
