Absolute nightmare experience with Youmi. The reception area was filthy with overflowing trash. Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. When Youmi finally appeared, she reeked of cigarettes and had visibly dirty fingernails. She seemed completely disinterested and kept yawning. The massage table was wobbly and creaked loudly. Yo, as someone from Australia, I gotta say, Relax Day Spa is straight-up fire! Their massage game is strong, from foot rubs to Swedish and deep tissue, they left me feeling super chill. Seriously, it was one of the best spa vibes I've ever caught for just unwinding and getting that rejuvenation on.
My time here was well spent. It was an amazing experience. I will surely visit them again
