The place is absolutely beautiful inside, and it’s so convenient to have such a great spa close to the CBD. I booked a couple’s massage, and the treatment was wonderful! I asked for a firm massage, and the therapist did an amazing job, even managed to relieve all the tension in my back. The whole session was quiet, calm, and relaxing. My boyfriend loved it too! Definitely a place we’ll come back to.
Poor customer service and greedy. Booked using a gift card that was a present. I had forgotten about this gift card and used it to book on the final day. Once arrived at the place was told I had to pay as the card only covered a deposit. Even though they already had the money from the gift purchase, the value of the card exceeded the value of the massage, but the weird deposit system meant only half had been covered Even though anyone with a logical brain could see that the value had been paid for.
