I visited the Joondalup store planning it to be the first of several that morning, but was impressed enough with the mattresses and the prices that I didn't need to go anywhere else. Nicola's service was excellent, she was very knowledgeable about the products and 100% professional. The mattress was delivered 2 days later with minimal fuss and it's been as good as I'd hoped to sleep on. I can happily recommend the store to anyone. It's also nice to know the mattress is Perth-made employing locals.
We recently purchased a new bed from the Joondalup store and we would highly recommend them. The 2 lovely female sales staff, Sheila & Nicole were very good and provided informative information and delivery information as promised. Delivery man Paul was very good and efficient also bring along his son for an additional pair of hands. They quickly set up the bed with Paul taking the time to ask if the orientation was correct also in the room. Very good from purchase to installation. Thank you.
Amazing & friendly service. My partner and I walked in not knowing what we wanted and walked out extremely satisfied. The sales manager was very helpful and gave us many different options to try. She was very informative, answered all our queries, and gave us a great deal on a brand new mattress. My partner and I saved over $1k on our mattress because of the sale! We also got a free bottle of wine which was a nice little surprise. Thank you to the staff, specifically the manager that helped us out.
On 9th Jan 2024, the sales manager was transparent ànd helpful in choosing the bed mattress. I was impressed with his politeness and knowledge of bedding and mattress. I liked his attitude and aptitude.
Absolutely Wow! My mum and I stumbled across this little gem when we visited pet stock and we were mind blown! We were greeted by Brian who was such a warm and amazing salesman. We simply told him exactly what we wanted and he knew exactly which mattress to point us too.
