Booked a message 1 month ago, everything confirmed. 1.5 hrs prior the massage was canceled by RELAX via email (good thing I checked). While I appreciate the notification, I'm very disappointed in the last-minute cancellation of an appointment booked a month in advance. ****UPDATE**** The director service contacted me and made arrangements the same day to adjust for the last minute cancelation which they say was a one off.
