Booked a message 1 month ago, everything confirmed. 1.5 hrs prior the massage was canceled by RELAX via email (good thing I checked). While I appreciate the notification, I'm very disappointed in the last-minute cancellation of an appointment booked a month in advance. ****UPDATE**** The director service contacted me and made arrangements the same day to adjust for the last minute cancelation which they say was a one off. I recently had an Ashiatsu massage, it was my first time experiencing it and believe me it was super relaxing. Sometimes feet do the job while hands fail to do :)

While I appreciate the notification, I'm very disappointed in the last-minute cancellation of an appointment booked a month in advance. As you would charge me for a late cancellation, I believe some form of compensation or priority rebooking with a discount would be appropriate. I'd like to hear how you plan to resolve this situation and restore my confidence in your services.
Unfortunately I found the setting a bit cold, to bright and not very relaxing. The one sheet was very thin, no eye mask, and she had very cold hands. No choice in oils and the room was very bright. Went in with a neck kink and left with it.
