Made a booking online for a massage but when I got there the reception lady told me unapologetically that I didn’t have a booking. When I showed her my confirmation she said they don’t use that booking system anymore. Waste of a trip there, and not a friendly experience. The entrance also didn’t look very tidy or inviting.
