Went to couples therapy with Catherine Pollard. We were about ready to call it quits when we started but wanted to give one last go to work it out. About 6 months later we’re doing really well and now only need check ins when we struggle. That loving relationship we lost is back and we learned to really listen. It took a lot of hard work for both of us but with Catherine’s help, we made it. Definitely would recommend!
My bf and I worked with Elise for a year. She was amazing from the very beginning! She taught us many skills and helped us understand one another in new ways.
