What relationship can't use a little tuning? Went to couples therapy with Catherine Pollard. We were about ready to call it quits when we started but wanted to give one last go to work it out. About 6 months later we’re doing really well and now only need check ins when we struggle. That loving relationship we lost is back and we learned to really listen. It took a lot of hard work for both of us but with Catherine’s help, we made it. Definitely would recommend!
