Cultivating Joy retreats are fantastic. Jayne, David, and staff create deeply safe and supportive groups. Care is communicated to participants through every thoughtful detail. I recommend them highly.
This was a wonderful retreat, and a very bonding and growthful group experience, enhanced by the "molecule" but most essentially deepened, held and nurtured by Jayne and David, Mark, Sima, Lisa and Ruth among others, and the entire staff at Menla. Thank you to you all. -Steve
I've just gotten back home and am swamped, so this review will be shorter than it deserves to be. The experience was wonderful, and I can't recommend it enough. I loved the ketamine journeys themselves, and the follow-up with Jayne and her team were not, like the journeys, otherworldly, but beautifully of THIS world, and made everyone feel like we were members of a privileged family. Which, in fact, we were.
Respectful, mindful, safe...magical!
