When I walked in, I was greeted by Melissa and immediately made to feel welcome. Shortly after, I met Jackson Reiss. Jackson is professional, kind, extremely knowledgeable, and a great listener. I love going to ReKinected physical therapy. Working with one physical therapist during your entire appointment has been very beneficial. First, there is a hands on session with your therapist which is usually in a private room. Then, depending on your situation you work with the same therapist on exercises that help to improve your diagnosis. I came to ReKinected after injuring my ankle with a high ankle sprain while backing and I am glad I found this facility. My initial appointments with the front desk administrator, Melissa Powell, were easy and she did a great job with any follow up questions, insurance, and scheduling changes.
