The services have been decent for the few years I've gone here but their booking system is apparently awful. After receiving an email and two text confirmations when booking online 5 days in advance, I received a phone call 7 minutes before my appt to tell me there was a 'glitch' and I had to be canceled or reschedule to a different day all together. Super disappointing, especially for a working mom who was looking forward to some self care. To not offer to get me in that day at least was the most annoying thing.
I've been getting my nails done at Rejuvinex for quite some time and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, and the quality is excellent—my nails last a long time. My only feedback is about scheduling nail repairs. Occasionally, one of my gel nails cracks and just needs a quick fix or even a removal, but it's often hard to get in for that. While they generally do a good job on nails here, they are NEVER on time. And not just running 5 minutes behind, they’re regularly running 20+ minutes behind. I’ve waited 40 minutes for my appointment before - they took me when my appointment should have been ending. They were not apologetic and didn't acknowledge the delay. Disappointing customer service.
I have been going to Shayla for my pedicures for years. She does such a wonderful job. I highly recommend her!
Did not have a great experience. Went in for intensive callus removal and I (and the receptionist) thought I only got the regular pedicure. No treatment was put on callus like at other salons--only received buffing. Requested gel polish for quick drying and received regular (and smudged) polish. Would not recommend. They don't listen to customers and don't provide the service as scheduled.
