This was one of the best body working experiences I have had in many years. Andrea Mulder, who specializes in Visceral and Neuromeningeal Mobilization which I was previously unaware of, was incredible. This is different than massage and effective in a different way. Just came back from a massage with Sparrow (Sarah Chapman). Probably had more than 100 massages in my life, but this was different. Went in looking for headache relief. Most therapist have two modes: relaxation or deep tissue. Some have a few levels in between, but they (Sparrow) were much more intuitive. Not deep just to destroy the knots. All I can say is Dr's and chiropractors couldn't fix my back or my neck and thay keep me going now its not cheep but we'll worth it to not be in pain all day if you have the cash and have problems that surgery or nothing you have tried has worked i would definitely give the a try
