I absolutely love the staff but today I waited 28 minutes past my appointment time for a 2 minute procedure. This is not the first time I have had to wait over 20 minutes for my appointment, one day was almost 40 minutes. Since moving to the new facility I have sat waiting, way past my appointment times, this is disappointing.
