Wonderful place to unwind after a long week at work, and a great way to decrease cortisol levels and increase health and wellness! I almost fell asleep in the massage chair after the first two stations! I suggest a good nap after! ;)

My first experience with the rejuvenation stations couldn’t have come at a better time. After the few weeks I had, it was the perfect way for me to unwind and force myself to take care of me! The sauna, followed by the bemer table, topped off with a massage chair in a quiet, private setting is truly a self-care treat. You can even bring a book and Bluetooth your music to the sauna to really personalize the time. I highly recommend the experience and will return!!
