Very bad work ethic and poor customer service. I called on behalf of my girlfriend to schedule a massage for her. When I needed to reschedule, the woman who works there told me I would have to pay an additional $20 just to change the appointment and refused to give me a refund. She was rude, unnecessarily cranky, and not willing to offer a better option, even with early notice. Go at your own discretion.
She called my friend and yelled at her several minutes for trying to reschedule her appointment due to traffic caused by the winter storm. Very unprofessional and not flexible in normal human circumstances.
Very disappointed. A fully prepaid 30-minute massage was mishandled. I called ahead about being late due to severe winter storm traffic and was told I could either receive only 12 minutes or pay an extra $20 to reschedule—no flexibility at all. The owner later called me and aggressively yelled for several minutes without allowing me to speak. Her behavior was completely unprofessional. This was by far... the most incredible experience. Rejuvenation indeed. I highly recommend Mica. She is gifted, caring and professional. I will be a regular.
