Had a very positive experience. Store rep was courteous and professional.
The sales staff was amazing! I was so confused on what I needed in my kitchen remodel. The young girl that worked with me to find lighting, a new faucet, and all of my cabinet hardware. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience and would highly recommend them to everyone. I especially recommend making a design appointment with Sam.
Great in store customer service. They helped with an online return. Then helped me find exactly what I was looking for and get it ordered. The sales people were super friendly and knowledgeable.
Such a cool store! So many unique lights, I was able to find stuff that stands out and makes my place look awesome!
Whatever you do DON'T give them your email address. The barrage of emails to follow will be daunting! Yes, I know I can unsubscribe but I use this metric to determine how they do business. I don't trust a vendor that emails me incessantly.
