Ordered a Franklin Cremone bolt from the online store. Only to find out that our “custom” ordered product is only offered for right handed applications. $1200 and 3 months later. I tried contacting them to resolve this. Ideally I could just return the center section and get the knob style ones, by to rejuvenation? Impossible. They do nothing for customers. I contacted the store by email for the price of a product and shipping cost. I received a response from a salesperson with the product price and shipping cost. I asked for an invoice so that I could place an order. A few minutes later, I received the invoice. Both the product cost and the shipping were higher than what I was told minutes before. Shipping costs are an arbitrary 10% of both the product and the shipping cost.
Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Gregory is possibly the worst possible customer service representative I’ve ever dealt with and blamed me for returning something. I love their products but wouldn’t ever go back in person to purchase.
