Disappointing experience at Rejuvenation today, compared to past visits and purchases. The first staff member who assisted us was great. I had a follow-up question, and asked a second staff member (the first person was occupied) who replied with a very condescending, questioning response. Please do not do that to potential customers. At that point we walked out the door.

I promise to update this review should something change. We saw a chandelier online and called the Berkeley store to see if it was hanging at the store so we could look at. It was, so we drove over and saw it and liked it. We were told delivery would be in May and when we paid in full for the chandelier, the expected delivery date was between May 8th and May 12th. Today is May 3rd so we decided to check on the status of delivery and we're now told that the delivery would be in August. Although this is a made-to-order fixture... read more

Jocelyn did an excellent job answering my questions about selecting and installing kitchen and bathroom cabinet hardware. She was really informative and broke things down step by step. She was a huge help since I’m really new to home design and was feeling very intimidated. I will continue to do my research and then come back. I definitely recommend working with Jocelyn!

Ordering from them is the worst nightmare. Ordered a recliner with walnut colored arms and legs. Waited 4 months, the chair came, but legs are the wrong color (white oak instead of walnut). We sent it back. We received a replacement 2 months later, but they made THE SAME MISTAKE. The legs are still white oak. We wondered if they just sent us the exact same chair we got the first time?! Very amusing. We asked for a replacement AGAIN and were told to wait for another 4 months for the new recliner to get delivered. Two weeks la... read more
