Yukari is incredible! I came in for a back facial and she was extremely kind, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, and gave me so much solid advice for the skin issues I’ve been experiencing. The back facial itself was also very relaxing and made my skin feel calmer. I highly recommend a visit! ☺️
My first time here, and wow, there are enough words to express my positive experience. 10 stars!!! Went in for a body scrub after recovering from a surgery in July. Yukari was absolutely a gem! She explained the process before hand, offered water, and inquired if I had any questions. She provided a safe, soothing and relaxing atmosphere. Recently, I had a pedicure at the new Burnaby location. Yukari was very pleasant and gave me a wonderful pedicure. I will definitely be returning to the spa for pedicures in the future.
Very relaxing aura from the staff and spa. 100% recommended!!
Seriously the best facial I've ever had. Staff are very nice, and the entire process is relaxing.
