Ms Karen is absolutely amazing!! She used a laser on my and my friends arm pits and was very patient with us!!! We were big babies during the process but she was so nice!! She explained the procedure to us very detailed and even helped my friend decided what treatment she should get prior to her wedding in September, I will definitely be returning!! It was such a comfortable atmosphere and she felt more of a friend than a tech which makes the experience extremely comfortable in those awkward situations!! Highly recommend!!
