Very rude when trying to make an appt or ask questions about a service. I won’t go back this has happened a few times. Having been a client of this place for many years I called them to make a booking last week and was told because of my previous “no shows” !! Mmmmm no previous “ no shows” I simply rescheduled 1 appt a few months ago & because ofvthis I now have to pay a 50% deposit in order to make a new booking , I have NEVER not turned up to an appt without cancelling but the fact the person on in the phone spoke in such ... read more
Amazing service! The staff at this laser clinic are incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. They make you feel completely comfortable and cared for throughout the entire visit. The service itself is outstanding — professional, efficient, and truly top-notch. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years for electrolysis . And let me just say that prior to this I was really unsatisfied with the results and experiences I had , it always seemed to be too pricey and the results were not reasonable at all.
