First time I have been to this spa and getting the procedure I received. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, informative. Being a guy its kind awkward going into place for beauty things. But these guys made me feel like it was the norm. Even the doc sat down and talked with me about the medical side of the appointment and even some chit chat about life and cool things in Montana. Nurse Nathaly and Dr Neely are fantastic! They made an extremely uncomfortable procedure as comfortable as it could be. They’re both exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, and patient. It’s hard to find clinics that care most about prioritizing patients best results vs making money- but I’d say I found one! I can’t wait to continue my skin journey with them.
I've been going to Rejuvacare for years, but after the new ownership and staff changes, the experience has gone downhill fast. What used to feel like a place of care and professionalism now feels cold and dismissive. I was shocked by how I was treated, simply for asking questions and voicing concerns about my skin. I’ve had a great experience with Rejuvicare in Missoula. I never feel rushed in my appointments and the clinic is always clean and friendly.
