I appreciate Dr. Kaplan taking the time to explain every procedure in detail. Not very many providers will take the time to educate you on all your questions. You can tell she truly cares and is one of a kind.
I had a very positive experience at Rejuve Medspa. It is easy to call or book on l line. I appreciated all the detailed communication in person, text, and emailing. I just can't say enough about my wonderful experience at Rejuve MedSpa with Dr.Kaplan. I was greeted warmly. The facility is modern, spotless and calming. Dr Kaplan and I talked about my concerns about my face and neck. I asked her if there was anything that could be done that would not require stitches. She explained to me about a new treatment machine she is getting called ZERF. This treatment will help strengthen and stimulate collagen within the face and neck which was exactly what I needed. Sorry in advance, but I have to give my honest experience and review. Probably one of the worst facials I have ever received. Save your money, go somewhere else. Maybe their other services are better, but for $300, the facial I received did nothing.
I went in for a facial as my previous esthetician moved away. I was pleasantly surprised with the location, the inside was very warm and welcoming. Upon entering I was greeted and went to the treatment room to change. Everything was extremely clean and the staff professional and very accommodating. I even met Dr Kaplan. The various steps were explained as we progressed and the massage near the end was relaxing. The best part is my skin feels so soft and rejuvenated! Highly recommend.
