I used the infrared sauna and was very happy with the experience. The staff were attentive, professional and helpful. The sauna was clean and had a nice private room. Towels were provided and water was offered but I brought my own. Everything worked and the sauna was plenty hot. Great overall experience and I would recommend to family and friends.
Great customer service, brought my daughter in for localized cryo to help recover from achilles flareup.. So happy they were open till 6pm on a Saturday!
I absolutely love this place! The vibe is warm, welcoming, and instantly relaxing. I originally came in for a PEMF session, but ended up trying several of their other services as well. It truly feels like a little oasis of relaxation in the middle of a busy life. Every visit leaves me feeling refreshed and recharged. Highly recommend to anyone looking to invest in their wellness and take a moment for themselves. 100% recommended!
